Medicolegal Services
Both Aaron Sweeney and Eddie Chaloner will undertake report writing and instructions as expert witnesses on a variety of topics related to vascular surgery, personal injury and trauma.
Mr Chaloner is currently undergoing formal expert witness training on the Bond Solon / Cardiff University Diploma in Medicolegal skills. He is fully conversant with the Civil Procedure Rules and is happy to be instructed as a single joint expert. He undertakes work on behalf of both claimants and defendants (approx 70:30 ratio), and is prepared to undertake medical negligence cases.

Clients can normally be seen 2 to 4 weeks after receiving written instruction and reports issued within 14 days of interview assuming all case details have been received and no further tests or investigations are required.
